came in anglet to relax and have fun, this smart hotel was fantastic base for doing it. i really enjoyed that the room was good-sized and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. essentials that you need, such as a work desk, a couch bed, and an electric kettle, were there.

Easy and free parking. Close access to the center of Biarritz, close to the airport (shuttle available) and close to the motorway. Good buffet breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that birds were flying above the breakfast buffet. The personnel told me they couln't do anything. Towels in the room were sometimes black from dirt.

The location here was perfect for us as we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit, and we were able to get a Wheelchair Accessible room with free drinks and a super comfy bed, which was fantastic.

Position is good and convenient for the main road through. The rooms are fine as one would expect from this chain.

We were a group of 6 and reserved a table for dinner. The service was terrible, we had to grab a waiter to take our order, nothing arrived at the same time.On one meal the salad was missing and arrived after the rest had been eaten. One meal never arrived until we kept asking for it. It was supposed to be a club sandwich with salad and fries. It was a disgusting attempt at a toasted sandwich and did not resemble any club sandwich we had seen before. None of the main courses inspired us to return. We complained and after much discussion were not charged. This was the first night of a holiday and therefore was not a great way to start. There was a large coach party staying and the hotel was totally unprepared.

Strange policy concerning "2 children up to 16 could stay free in parents room". We booked a four bed room and want to put in one children under 16. ",-No thats one person too, and you will be five in the room and thats not alowed... Nthe The Novotel rooms are normaly with 2 beds + an unfolding sofabed so fellow trawellers - why not try pestering the staff by just book a dubble instead...

This place was very clean and had individual temperature control, making it comfortable.

The room was large but a little tired. The bed large but very hard mattress, the staff were very friendly and efficient with a smile on their faces. Breakfast was lovely.

The hard mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was very basic but at least it had a full size bath.

The superior queen room I stayed in had a very comfortable bed and complimentary beverages. the hotel's location is amazing, close to the restaurant, and easily accessible by tuk-tuk. the breakfast was excellent.

The thing we liked best of the Novotel Biarritz was its location close to the airport. As we had to catch an early morning flight, this was very convenient, as it was a 5-minute drive to the airport. .

Very good location if you are driving, just in between Biarritz and Anglet. Free parking, nice swimming pool area with a park in the background.

Rooms and bathrooms closer to a 3 star hotel than a 4 star one but maybe because we got one at a discount price.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, with a great swimming pool and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
